Good morning, lovelies. One more day for the weekend! Yes! And what a better way to prepare for the weekend with some swoons and some sexy times? Hmm? Here's what I have for you:

"That's what I'll like. When you're out there, sitting with the boys, or at dinner later, you'll be thinking about how I can still feel you."
With a smile, I leaned in to kiss her, letting her deepen it with her hands on my face, sliding into my hair around the back of my neck. "I feel like I could fuck for hours," she whispered into my mouth, and I almost lost it right then; Sara rarely swore, and when she did, it always made me hard. "I just feel a little hollow with how much I want you tonight."

Yea, I'm sure I don't need to explain why I love this book so much. What are you swooning about?

Morning Swooners!

So I have some swoons for you guys, hope you enjoy it.

"You're not all hands..." he whispered later. He was tucked back into the corner of the love seat, and she was resting on top of him. She'd spent hours on top of him. Curled over him like a vampire. Even exhausted, she couldn't stop rubbing her numb lips into his flannel chest. "You're all mouth," he said.
"Sorry," Cath said, biting her lips.
"Don't be stupid," he said, pulling her lips free of her teeth with his thumb. "And don't be sorry...ever again."
He hitched her up, so her face was above his. Her eyes wandered down to his chin, out of habit. "Look at me," he said.
Cath looked up. At Levi's pastel-colored face. Too lovely, too good.
"I like you here," he said, squeezing her. "With me."
She smiled, and her eyes started to drift downward.
"Cather..."
Back up to his eyes.
"You know that I'm falling in love with you, right?"

Siggghhhh...I love these two. This is from an ARC copy so quotes may not be in finished copy.

What are you swooning over this week?

Hi Swooners!

So for this week I have Crown of Midnight swoons! Now, I know this is an ARC so quotes may or not be in the finished copy but I just had to share with you. You'll see why.

"He should step back, put more distance between them. But instead, he found himself reaching for her, a hand slipping around her waist and the other twining itself through her hair as he held her tightly to him. His heart thundered through him so hard he knew she could feel it. After a second, her arms came around him, her digging into his back in a way that made him realize how close they stood.

He shoved that feeling down, even as the silken texture of her hair against his fingers made him want to bury his face in it, and the smell of her, laced with mist and night, had him grazing his nose against her neck. There were other kinds of comfort that he could give her than mere words, and if she needed that kind of distraction... He shoved down that thought, too, swallowing it until he nearly choked on it."

Sighhhhh...ok back to reading (this book is INSANE).

Hiya lovelies,

So I haven't done these in a while and I have a whole bunch of excuses why but you're not here for that so let's get on with the swoons. They're first love swoons so prepare yourself.

"I miss you, Eleanor. I want to be with you all the time. You're the smartest girl I've ever met, and the funniest, and everything you do surprises me. And I wish I could say that those are the reasons I like you, because that would make sound like a really evolved human being... But I think it's got as much to do with your hair being red and your hands being soft...and the fact that you smell like homemade birthday cake."

 And Eleanor's response to Park:

"I don't like you, Park," she said sounding for a second like she actually meant it. "I ..." - her voice nearly disappeared - "I think I live for you."
"I don't think I even breathe when we're not together," she whispered. "Which means, when I see you on Monday morning, it's been like sixty hours since I've taken a breath. That's probably why I'm so crabby, and why I snap at you. All I do when we're apart is think about you, and all I do when we're together is panic. Because every second feel so important. And because I'm so out of control, I can't help myself. I'm not even mine anymore, I'm yours, and what if you decide that you don't want me? How could you want me like I want you?"

Sigh...ahh! Young love. I'm still reading but I'm enjoying it every last word.

What has you swooning?

Hi Swooners!

I have been busy getting ready for this Saturday and the baby shower that I'm hosting but I've also been busy reading Unravel Me by Tahereh Mafi. Now, if you've been following along this blog and on Twitter, you know that I just love this series and I think Tahereh just have a wonderful way of writing and that I would read her grocery list just to get more of her words. So, with that, I want to say that I'm still reading Unravel Me and that I'm just going absolutely crazy loving this book. And I wanted to share just a little bit of the swoons that I've been reading; this book has me swooning like a loon. Here we go:

Unravel Me (Shatter Me, #2)

"He tortures me sometimes, smiling as he takes too long to bridge the gap between us, reveling in the sound of my heart slamming against my chest, in the sharp breaths I fight so hard to control, in the way I swallow a hundred times just before he moves to kiss me. I can't even look at him without reliving every moment we've had together, every memory of his lips, his touch, his scent, his skin. It's too much for me, too much, so much, so new, so many exquisite sensations I've never known, never felt, never even had access to before."
~~
"I catch him looking at me, looking like he might inhale the length of me in one breath."

Now, this is just Juliette talking about Adam but I'll be doing some swoons from Warner as well. But that will be next week, after I've had some time to process everything and be able to catch my breath.

What are you swooning?

Hiya lovelies, so I just finished reading Through the Ever Night by Veronica Rossi and HOMGGGG! I HAD ALL THE SWOONS. Through the Ever Night was amazing and I'm looking forward to sharing my thoughts on it. But for today, I had such a hard time picking some swoon-worthy quotes to share with you. But I think I made the right choice. Here it is:

Through the Ever Night (Under the Never Sky, #2)

He traced the line of her spine with his thumbs. Everything about her was graceful and strong. She drew back and met his eyes.
"This..." He was going to tell her that this was how they should've come together, days ago in the woods. This was what he thought about all winter - what he'd missed. But he couldn't get past the way she felt, or the way she was looking at him.
"Yes," she said. "This."
Perry bent and kissed her lips. She curved against him, her sigh a warm drift against his cheek, and then nothing existed beyond her mouth and her skin and the feel of her body against his.

So yea....I need book 3 to come out. Stat. If you haven't read this series, I urge you to do so. You will love. And to make things even better, there are TWO swoony boys in this book. Perry and Roar. Oh, I love me some swoony boys.

Hi lovelies,

I haven't read anything particularly swoon-worthy but I'm back this week with the swoons.

Broken

"I want you to be mine."
Alex's lips brush mine, feather light first contact. I melt into him, whispering his name. He sucks in a breath, stealing mine and I don't care. The couch spins, only Alex holding me to it when his mouth touches mine again, firmer this time, more confident. I don't know where to put my hands, and my hip is driving into his thigh. He must like it all twisted up and awkward. Alex crushes me to him, kissing me like he's waited a thousand years for this moment.

Hi lovelies, I decided to try this meme today and if I like it enough, I'll continue doing this weekly. Here's what I'm swooning over this week:

The Evolution of Mara Dyer (Mara Dyer, #2)

The Evolution of Mara Dyer (Mara Dyer #2) by Michelle Hodkin.

"Fuck seventeen." His eyes and voice were defiant. "If I were to live a thousand years, I would belong to you for all of them. If I were to live a thousand lives, I would want to make you mine in each one."

I mean, seriously? If that doesn't make you run to your nearest book store and pick up a copy of The Evolution, then I don't know what I did wrong. But do stop by tomorrow to see my review of The Evolution of Mara Dyer. It definitely something you haven't seen yet.

What has you swooning?
