2012 Wrap-Up

Hi lovelies Swooners!

So I've been off the grid for the past few weeks but since it been the holidays, I just haven't had the time to even log on and check my inbox. I'm actually scared to go and look it.

I'm currently out of town and not on my own laptop but I wanted to share some of my favorites reads of the year and what I am anxiously waiting for in 2013.

Now this list is only of the books that I just loved and enjoyed. My favorite Reads of 2012:

Now, I have many more books that I am anticipating but this is all I can remember and that have me squealing like the fangirl that I am.

That's it for now since I don't have more time and am not even on my own computer. I hope to get back to regular scheduled programing starting next week. I may not have had time to blog but I have been a reading fiend so I have plenty of reviews to share with you all.

First off, I truly enjoyed Ten Girls to Watch; it was such a fun, and easy read. Dawn is a very likeable protagonist and I enjoyed getting to know her. There were some parts that had me LOL for real and shaking my head in others.
Some of my favorite parts was when Dawn was interviewing the former winners of TGTW and how she treated those women. She spoke to those women as if they were old friends and made them feel comfortable and special and that was when I became Dawn's biggest supporter. I mean, here she was, in a job she had just gotten after months of searching, all the while trying to make ends meet. She could have just done some quick interviews and be done with it, but she dedicated herself and went above and beyond from what she was originally asked for. It made me respect Dawn and see her in a new light.
